Ed Seymour Ed Seymour

Edwin Seymour Jr attended the Art institute of Pittsburgh for graphic design. During his years in school, he ate poorly, rarely exercised, and graduated with a degree and a few unwanted extra pounds (sound familiar to anyone?). Edwin turned to exercise in an attempt to reverse the unhealthy path he was traveling, and with hard work and dedication, changes began to show. Keeping workouts fresh, challenging, and always changing them makes it fun too. Edwin is an ACE certified personal trainer since 2006,training a wide variety of clients in one on one or small groups in homes and gyms in the Pittsburgh area. He is excited to bring his challenging and fun training style to FORMA, Sewickley's premier personal training studio!
